Space is decidedly not empty, says Dr. William Tiller, Professor Emeritus of Stanford University and author of Science and Human Transformation: Subtle Energies, Intentionality and Consciousness. “In fact, he says, “ it has far more energy in it than the entire visible Solar system.” There are few scientists who can, with such great ease, explain why “we are spirits having a physical experience, and not bodies that behave like machines.” Tiller can show you how to calculate the amount of energy in the vacuum of space which his model demonstrates, is where a major portion of our life force originates from. The Tiller Model, like the ancient Cabalists, shows that we live in a 10 dimensional world. Our bodies, our minds, and our spirits (souls) each interpenetrating, while also inhabiting different spaces and states of frequency. But ultimately our mindful and heartful intentions, can integrate or disassemble matter, and do. We create the future, the moment, and the past.

When Edgar Cayce talked about the coming array of energy weapons, he saw not just their destructive influences in the modern era, that was as yet unmanifest, but the reality of its destructive influence on the prior continent of Atlantis.
Cayce predicted nearly four decades before such laser weapons were first detailed, that what we did with this technology would in fact play a very decisive role in the future of the earth. When Nikolai Tesla realized how to create a death ray, followed by his refusal to develop it for the US Military in the 1940’s, recent announcements about weapons that kill, disable or stupify, herald our perfecting of the death economy that so alarmed ’the sleeping prophet’ Cayce, and genius Tesla, each prominent in the 1940’s and 1950’s world.

Currently there are 22 countries around the world that depend on other nations for their water. Not only does this place people in great peril, but it also means that the water delivering nation has a leverage over the dependent nations. Water stresses and conflict in the Middle East are already significant, according to Werner Fornos, President of the Population Institute (www.populationinstitute.org ) “ The Tigress and Euphrates River being damned up in Turkey causes tremendous risks to their security, because Syria and Iraq don’t have any water of their own. So, subsequently, when you cut off your fresh water, you can find substitutes for oil and food, but you cant really find substitutes for the life blood of humanity which is water.” Fornos is right. The fresh water of life, that is clean water, is only 2% of the water on earth and of that we can make use of 1%.

The Spindrift Institute
William Sweet talks about prayer, the same way a farmer talks about good weather, with a familiarity , with an intimacy, and an acknowledgement that the laws of nature impact our earth. But Sweet’s interests and occupation as former Director of the Spindrift Institute under the direction of its founders, father and son team, Bruce and John Klingbeil, made a study of prayer. As Christian scientists the Klingbeils were interested in the actual science of prayer that seemed so effective in their lives and the lives of millions across time.

Moderners often make the mistake of looking at world mythologies as imaginary tales, or at the very best, interpretive storytelling. Yet over and over we are shown, that in fact, the world’s mythologies and often allegories, are both accounts of ancient events, and actual phenomena. Examining archetypes as they appear in various cultures, teaches that there are recurring ancient themes. Among them is the lost civilization, the sunken city of the sun, and lost continent from a golden age.
Plato’s Timaeus and Critias ( 380 B.C..) contain the best written historical account of Atlantis, the City of the Sun told to him, history tells us by Critias, who had been told the account by the Greek statesman Solon, who was instructed by an Egyptian.

Her path like her embodiment was both a mystery and a revelation. One could feel her at a distance. One cleaved to her pace and power of walk, as by necessity. There were many who strove to unite with her, many who gave up their lives doing so. Millions has she been betrothed to, as many forsaken by. Call her queen, call her empress, call her goddess or by her common name, call her Liberty.
Sweetness one can describe only after having been touched by her. Austerity only one who has sacrificed for her can declare known. Find the way to her, come man and come woman, come child and come animal, come all natural creations. Tarry not though for she journeys.

The Listening Writings
The following series of forty-two “received writings” took place between Jan. 17, 2002 and May 23, 2002. They are each dated and the time of reception given. I found them very illuminating and consider that the Council of Six beings who dictated them to me by some form of mental transference gave over a beautiful type of spiritual science. Please share them with others. This is the first publication of these writings.

Fear is an enormous problem on earth. It is easy to inspire fear. It is much more difficult to inspire awe. Fear is at first a visceral response. It is the result of brain chemicals responding to information. It is nothing more than that. A neurochemcial action. This is why it is animalistic. It occurs sometimes with minimal provocation. No more than a noise. As with the ability to perceive what is, rather than what is suggested by inference, humans are always reacting in fear, where there is no threat to their survival. In fact, often people do not respond to even the dangers that are before them, rather they will fear what has already occurred.

Nations Have Destinies
Love of nation is not archaic, in fact our times demand it. For nations like humans have destinies, though ours is being abandoned, and other nation’s destinies ransacked. America is a Constitutional Republic, while we do not yet embody the principles that configure our design, nor do we any longer adhere to the process of representative government as intended, it remains our task to restore the nation’s purpose, as a sacred one, a hermetic undertaking in freedom.
The Nation is not a utility, but a collective of souls’ unfoldments, a nation created through the self governed, rather than the governed over. The many unfolding the one. Like coherent light, nation can integrate the various peoples under a common law, into an ethical and potentially virtuous society; if adhered to. This is a spiritual reality, not just a philosophy. To manifest our highest purpose as a communion between the self-governed, requires that all personal and government action be evaluated in the context from which our authority flows, both human and divine, set against the constitution, the supreme law of our land. It is the Nation’s sacred system by which freedom is supported and evolution of the city-state secured, to that of realized Nation, holy citizen in sacred city, conscious of their destiny, Shamballa on earth.

Peace is not the cessation of war. Peace is a state of mind, that when encouraged, enables what is potential to manifest. Peace is not absolute stillness, it is not even calm. Rather it is clear, a lucid state in which the perturbations of the world move through, without impact. Peace is a clear channel, where the things of the world do not attach themselves. Yet, the world is reflected and seen. Peace is rather an energetic encapsulation. What is held in peace is resolved.
What is intended with peace is a flow pattern that holds. The reason for its high state impact, is that peace is universal. It isn’t a cultural aptitude, while some cultures promote peace and others do not. While many humans miscalculate peace as the cessation of fighting, this is the outward sign of an inward state. Cultivating this inner state requires a calm mind. In the sense of community, it requires a receptive mind, an ability to hold opposing views together without reacting. It demands the attention of a person to at least two things or more at once. it is a form of resolution of the multiplicity. It is not the ignorance of the parts, but an embrace of the defractions.

In more ancient times, the monastic traditions of the world protected the seeker from the despotic tide of mundane affairs, unless in the process of their working, the Orders discovered secret powers or ancient teachings that had been hidden, at which time they were most often subject to cruel and horrendously barbaric purges. Whether it was the treasure of the Cathars, the Templars or the Poet Troubadours, each were subject to a Church sponsored slaughter. While most moderners ignore the meaning and import of these events, are we any less prone today, towards limiting those individuals who are way showers to the sacred trusts. Are we less or more prone today to accepting their wise guidance?

There are very few scientists in the world qualified to do what Bill Tiller is doing. After 30 years at the Department of Materials Science at Stanford University, and its former Department Chair, he is devoting his time to the development of reliable instrumentation for the detection and study of “subtle energy” fields in nature.
Fellow to the American Academy for the Advancement of Science William A. Tiller, Ph.D. is an expert on the structure of matter and has been consultant to government and industry in the fields of metallurgy and solid state physics. His fields of specialization are crystal growth, surfaces and interfaces, physical metallurgy, semiconductor processing, thin film formation and computer simulation. He has published more than 250 scientific papers, three technical books and has five patents issued.

Childhood 1/25/02 7:00 am – 7:10 am
Children are not small adults. They are vessels of learning – learning about everything, everything they do is new to the soul in anew body. They are not to be given tasks like adults but tasks done for the sake of joy and the joy of learning Most children are not given a childhood, but a mirror of adulthood. Childhood doesn’t carry the weight of the world but the weight of a bird in flight. It should be light, fancy free and carefree. That is not to say without discipline. Every bird is taught to fly; every little bird is schooled to land properly. Every bird is shown how to look for what they need. All of these are basic instructions, what is not being done however is the flight. Few are teaching their children properly how to fly from an early age.

Patience
Patience is spoken of as a dimension, similar to time and space and force. It is not so much a dimension as an attribute of a dimension that is both inner and outer. It is the quality of nurturance.
Patience is not a discipline, it is a way that love is expressed, love for oneself, love for the laws of nature, love for the natural world. The reason so few people have this quality of enduring love of anything, the ability to enable something’s gradual unfoldment, is that love is not thought of as without time. Love like so many things, is in some people’s mind, a measure of output. Patience requires faith in the unseen, faith in the effort’s ability to produce what cannot yet be known. Patience is not something that is cultivated with stern indoctrination, rather it is the emergence of the soul’s ability to contour a life according to what in the long run it needs.

There is within the physics community a wonderful group of functional mystics, meaning the laws they have discovered or modeled, are in complete agreement with the ancient spiritual teachings of many traditions, be they Cabalists, Buddhists, Gnostic, Christian Mystics, and other ancient traditions as well. Expressing itself fundamentally in the law of similars, the general rule is that all things are related through octaves of similars. Much like a piano key board, one might have eight different variations of a note, each being higher or lower than another. Our thoughts are like these musical notes when put into a musical arrangement. They have beat, they have frequency, they have a shape and sound to them. Some have called these, thought forms. Clairvoyants can describe them, their color, their clarity or fuzziness. What we think say and do literally affects the shape of the material world. All things are vibrations, you, me and our computers. All interact. We are in an ever seething matrix of energies interconnected, all of the time. None of us can stop the world and get off, even when our bodies die. Because as units of light-energy we are immortal, recycling through the process of manifestations and immateriality.

Beauty is not a quality of symmetry , though symmetry is inherent in beauty. Rather it is a quality of parts being proportionate to each other’s state. It is about proportion. A beautiful life is one well proportioned between inner and outer, self and other, giving and receiving. A beautiful life is something few humans strive for,. Few even conceive the notion , that a life, like a work of art can be made beautiful.
